Time to Write: Grant Proposal Writing with Expert Support
Target Group
Postdoctoral researchers as well as advanced doctoral candidates who work on a proposal for third-party funding of the following faculties:
- Physics, Mathematics, Computer Sciences and Microsystems Engineering
- Humanities, Social Sciences and Theology
Content
Research projects need financial support to be realized. Yet, it is not always easy to make the time to write a research proposal in between all other demands. Additionally, it can be tricky to translate a complex research project into a concise proposal. In “Time to Write” we provide you with both: time and space to write and a team of experts at the Science Support Centre who offer guidance and feedback for your grant proposal.
Objectives
You will find the time to advance your research project in an undisturbed environment and additionally have the chance to get feedback from the experts at the Science Support Centre.
Requirements
All participants must be actively working on a postdoctoral research proposal. You can either bring a first draft that you would like to discuss with our experts or work on a first version of your research proposal while being able to ask questions and discuss ideas.
Please bring your own laptop.
