Registration

Please register for the courses via the campus management portal HISinOne. Therefore, you need your login data you received from the Computing Centre during your registration or matriculation as a doctoral candidate at the University.

Assignment of course places

Registration starts on Monday, September 25^th, 2017, at 2:00pm. The course places will be assigned by lot in a first round on Thursday, September 28^th, 2017, at 2:00pm. After the maximum number of participants is reached, the waiting list will be filled in the order of the lot numbers.

At “My Studies/My enrollments and registrations” on HISinOne you can see to which courses you have been "admitted" successfully or alternatively see your position on the waiting list. You will be automatically informed via e-mail in case your status changes form “waiting list” to “admission”.

Cancellation

When you know that you will not be able to participate in a course you can cancel your registration until 7 days before the course begins via HISinOne.
